My name is Vivian Swiney and I have been a full time REALTOR since 1990 specializing in the sales and marketing of single family and multi-family homes as well as income, agricultural, and subdivision property throughout the northern Tulare County and Southern Fresno County. My sales volume in 2006 was over 24 million dollars with over 100 transactions.

I have a business partner and her name is Lupe Alvarez. Lupe has been in the real estate field since 2000 and is now a full time realtor and is in charge of my BUYERS PROGRAM. She assist buyers locate the property that suits their needs and keeps a database of active buyers. Lupe also assists me in various real estate matters and is fluent in Spanish.

I know how important it is to get your home sold and have an agent that works hard for you. That is why I have a team of people who help get the job done. I have Michelle Warkentin which is my Marketing Director. She has a bachelors degree in Marketing and implements strategic plans to get your home sold.

Maria Cortinas who is the Escrow Coordinator. She is in charge of making sure all the transaction files are up to date and complete. She has been a licensed realtor since 1988, and is fluent in Spanish.

LeRoy Swiney which is the photographer. He takes beautiful pictures to bring out the best features of the home or property we are trying to sell. He also is a licensed realtor.
